Zara / March

(Photos from zara.com)

Why why why? Why there are no good shops in my city? There are no Zara, Top Shop, H&M, River Island and much more... I mean not only in my city, in my whole country. Except Zara. But you have to drive about three hours by car if you want to reach it. So that is ridiculous. There is only one good shop in my city - Mango. And that's why almost all my clothes are from there. Which is also very ridiculous.
Anyways I love Zara, this collection and pastel colors!

Roberto Cavalli S/S'12

One more week passed. Nothing major happened. Actually it was kinda boring week, but I hope that situation will change, cause next week is the beggining of spring. And it doesn't feel like spring at all yet, there is snow everywhere and it is cold, but I like this fact anyway.
I don't know how about you, but I really like this Robero Cavalli's collection (especially the dress in the third picture).

If someone a year ago had told me, that the combination of  socks and open shoes would look nice to me I wouldn't believe them. Because back then I thought that it is the most ridiculous trend. When I say word "nice", I don't mean "pretty" or "beautiful", in this case it means "interesting" and just "cool" (if that makes any sense).
I spent couple hours searching for collections, in which was used this trend and it wasn't hard to find them. It's not a new trend. You can see, that it was used in 2010 (I am sure even earlier) and in both S/S and A/W collections. This season (S/S'12) "Marc Hacobs", "John Galliano", "Marni", "Hause of Holland", "Jeremy Scott", "Anna Sui" and maybe even more also used it. I searched for some older collections just to give you (and myself) some ideas, how to wear this kind of unusual trend.
Would you wear it?
